What travel documents do I need for Los Cabos?
A passport valid for at least six months from your departure date.
Will there be pre-arranged transportation to and from the hotel?
Yes, on main group dates. At SJD, proceed through customs, collect bags, press the customs button, then continue outside. Travel staff will greet you with an Unbridled sign. About 17 miles, 20 minutes to the resort.
Is transportation included if I do not arrive or depart on the main group dates?
If you pre or post extend, you coordinate your own transfers. The resort concierge can assist.
Will there be a Unbridled Hospitality Suite?
Yes, Villa One. Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a packet. A private concierge will help with dining reservations and activities.
What is resort check-in and check-out?
Check-in 3:00pm. Check-out 12:00pm.
What is the attire for program events?
Welcome Reception — Upscale Resort Attire (no jeans; open-toed shoes permitted). Open Forum — casual. Group Activity — comfortable beachwear, hats, and flip-flops.
How do I book my airline reservation?
Round-trip economy is paid by Unbridled and booked on your behalf. Submit travel details during registration.
Is there internet access?
Complimentary wireless internet at the hotel.
Can I pre or post extend at One&Only Palmilla?
Yes, subject to availability. Submit the request during registration. Group rate may apply three days before and three days after. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are charged for reserved extra nights plus tax.
Should I tip?
A 15% service charge is added at Palmilla restaurants and bars. Butler, housekeeping, and porter tips are included in the room rate. Airport transfers on group dates are prepaid. Off-site restaurants, independently booked cars, and tour guides: 10–20% is customary.
What if I am sick before the trip?
If you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or close contact with someone who does, within six days of departure, plan to stay home.
